Unrivalled location, exceptionally comfortable beds, funny staff. We enjoyed the room which was warm and cosy. Fairly clean place and excellent service. The restaurant was super with awesome food.

Breakfast was perfect and the location was unrivaled. Comfortable bedrooms with lovely beds. Service was really impeccable, that made the hotel fabulous place. Location not far from the lake, Lake Windermere and Bowness.

Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi connection was weak.

prime location with panoramic views, knowledgeable staff. the staff did all they can for a peaceful stay. we stayed in the king room and enjoyed it. we really used free wifi throughout the property.
